Paris Junior College

Based in Paris, Texas, Paris Junior College is home to the Texas Institute of Jewelry Technology and offers one of the few structured college-level horology programmes in the United States. Its Horology Technology curriculum is a four-semester programme focused on professional watch repair and restoration, with students able to earn certificates or an Associate of Applied Science degree. Training combines extensive hands-on workshop experience with the technical study of mechanical watches, automatic movements, calendars, chronographs, timing systems and related micromechanical skills.
