Sylvain Pinaud is an independent French watchmaker based in Sainte Croix, Switzerland, and a member of the AHCI since 2024. After more than twenty years spent mastering every aspect of traditional watchmaking, from after sales service and high complications to the restoration of historical masterpieces and movement development, he established his own workshop in 2018. His work combines contemporary design with traditional craftsmanship, always placing aesthetics and mechanical architecture on equal footing. Following the success of his first creation, the Origine, which won the GPHG Revelation Prize in 2022, Sylvain Pinaud has established himself as one of the most respected figures of the new generation of independent watchmakers.
