Jean Khatchadourian is a young French independent watchmaker whose first creation grew out of a school project before becoming the foundation of his own brand. Trained at the Lycée Edgar Faure in Morteau and through apprenticeships at Utinam and Joaillerie Vaneste, he combines a strong appreciation for traditional craftsmanship with a natural attraction to artistic expression. Drawing inspiration from mechanics, architecture and the world of yachting, he seeks to create elegant, technically thoughtful watches that reflect both precision and emotion. His debut timepiece, the Grand Large, already showcases this philosophy through an original complication, refined execution and a coherent aesthetic language, laying the foundations for what promises to be an interesting independent watchmaking journey.
